1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard.

2. Where do you ship?

Every country in the world (excluding current war zones).
3. When do I expect my order to arrive?

Since your products are coming from so far away they often take 15 to 55 days to arrive. So, please don’t so worry if the product doesn't arrive the next day. However, most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker but we want you to be aware that in unforeseen circumstances this is out of our control!
    4. How can I track the location of my order?

    We put together a shipping guide here and so you can track your order here. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
      5. Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
      We are so confident that you will love our products that if you are not 100% satisfied, simply send it back and we will give you your money back. No questions asked. Please see our REFUND POLICY for more information.

        6. I do have a Credit Card, can I pay via Bank Deposit / Remittance, Smart Padala, Cebuana, etc?
        Yes, you can deposit or remit your payment at our official designated Bank Account.

        Kindly follow this PROCEDURE.

        Please do not send your payment, except on the bank provided or explain in the procedure.
        7. Is there any custom charges?

        All our orders are subject to customs charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. We are not able to refund any customs charges. 
        8. It appears there is a missing parts on my order?


        While our packers are pretty great at getting your order in tack and very rarely that they may leave an item out from the order. However, if this happens, please just contact us at Support@YouTech.Me and we can get this sorted for you. Please provide a photo of what you received for verification purposes.
        9. How do I cancel my order?


        If after placing your order you realize that you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please immediately contact us at Support@YouTech.Me and provided it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped yet, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.

        However, once your order has been shipped then we're sorry but it is too late to cancel your order.

        10. Do you have any Return / Refund Policies and other Legal Rules of Business?

        11. What is your policy on lost & stolen packages?

        YTM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if it shows that it was received / signed by you on your indicated shipping address. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your exact address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.  If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at Support@YouTech.Me.
        12. I have written a wrong shipping address, what shall I do?

        It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.  Though, we are doing our best to speed up processing and shipping time, however we understand this king of human error so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.  Please contact us immediately at Support@YouTech.Me if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
